In a nutshell
We created this app out of our personal need for an ideal tool to manage our team tasks. The alternatives available to us were either very limited and lacked features, or on the contrary had a lot of features that we didn't use and only resulted in a loss of clarity and efficiency. RealTask is part of the GrouweApps suite within which we are developing other individual applications for creating mind maps, meeting notes, or process automation.
Classic features like assignees, discussions, attachments or checklists to keep the whole team on the same page.
You can create a separate workspace for each of your teams. You can then address the agenda of a specific team or view tasks from all workspaces.
With smart folders, you can set up the most frequently used filters to customize your workflow.
With so many tasks, it's hard to keep track of everything. The table view helps you sort all the tasks based on different priorities.
